What are the chances of the delay being the fact that they have some dilution in the works and the revenue numbers to this point are not impressive. The final conclusion would be shareholders we have lots of things in the works but all we need is 1st quarter of next year. By then Caro will have more shares to sell. Same 15 shareholders will be trying to buy up the sellers shares. Not saying this is a bad thing for me. The longer and unreliable the company is the better for me.
