I don't know how many shares dan owns or his group. Knowing the gov. they will take all the pension plan shares liquidate them all then dan will have twenty MM or so less. then if they are still short of the $300k or whatever which is extremely likely then they would have dan liquidate all his shares and fiero with her $254k judgement the shares dan bought with her monies would be liquidated too

i imagine that would take all the shares dan , his 'group' owns at these prices then the gov. goes after his other other assets

thats my guess.
