It's not for me considering the timing of the article was around the time of the 21st Century Cures Act. Furthermore, it isn't much of a concern for the companies that already received Fast Track Approval! It DOESN'T add any EXTRA concerns to me above the normal concerns I have when playing an OTC stock.
