Read the last PRs - seems like 2 big deals in the works - one that should have just closed or will be closing soon. The other in Q2. Not sure what it truly means monetarily. No one can answer that.

Active twitter providing vague updates haha 'fixed and putting in the pump'


Balance sheet shows 16mil in assets, 9mil in liabilities. From my little experience - this is rare in the pinks.

Stock was $0.10 last September.

Insiders control 80%ish of the O/S.

Negatives:
Apparently the CEO is known for over promising and under delivering. Counter point - look at pps history... he knew what he was doing at 1 point - probably prior to the obama regs and the bad year in the sector.

500-600 million shares issued last quarter - I need to go back in and read why but I'm sure has something to do with financing this deal.

Regardless - invest at your own risk. Imho to all statements.

Side note: i sunk $$ in this over umsr and mmex because I thought it was going to be a bigger play based on the pps at the time ....... I've already lost haha
