If they sell the cream in the US it will violate Federal law. If GW sold Sativex in the US it would violate Federal law as well and that's why they don't sell it in the legal states.

The good thing is, from your post, it seems you understand that GWP* is a multi-billion dollar business already with PPS above $120 without selling his product in US!
