Because you posted same info on a public forum, now I can post my answer:
First - I don't care who owns real estate/land. Ownership has a price tag. It is not a free ride. Most of the MJ's companies rent properties, land. If I had an interest in MJ Real Estate, I would buy Innovative Industrial Properties II*R (public company, traded on NYSE).
P.S. Private MJ company PharmaCann LLC is leasing from II*R.

Second - If I had an interest in security firm... I have an option to buy BL*PG stock. As soon as cannabis business switch from cash operations to credit cards,banks - need for security services will be significantly diminished.
It is not a priority for TRTC to be in Real Estate, Security business.
I want TRTC to concentrate "like a laser beam" on IVXX's Branding, Branding, Branding.
My wish TRTC to produce IVXX vape cartridges with THCV 6%
P.S. Just from 280E tax code elimination, TRTC's margins increase by 35%. Better that real estate or security company.
