These days several 000 stocks are running 100s of times with just speculation. See MM$EX ran to 0.0280 from 0002 in just 3 weeks. HCTI has HUGE potential and you will know if you do DD thoroughly. Once these currents Notes are done, it's going to go only UP and that too organically with increased revenue.
