Your question was:

You then went on to state:

From where did you get your "understanding"? If you based your "understanding" on the blurb you provided the link to, but failed to read the whole article because you did not pay for access, then my original post stands:

"I'm guessing you did not read the article since it required you to be a member/or pay to do so.
It appears you trolled for news and made an assumption based on what was in the partial headline."

No chip...no attack...just plain truth...unless your "understanding" came from a different source which you failed to provide. If that's the case, as twolibras asked already, prove it...
