Of course I do I don't want a subsidy from the dept of energy until later in the process. I believe the doe is the icing on the cake not the cake itself. Private funding is the way to go. Once the federal govt gets involved they can pull string the way they want and could take the company in a different direction. It's all about the railroads not the doe.
