This effectively states that all costs go towards paying back lawsuits/debts and >all< bad stuff from the past (which may include pre-HJOE). WHY WOULD YOU NEED TO PAY OFF A "CONTROVERSY" IF IT WASN'T TRUE?

VEAL IS AN BUFFOON saying that! LOL!

Well I did leave out the best part, sorry.


Thank you for including that very important part "sustain the costs of resolving controversies from the past". THAT WAS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! HILARIOUS!
