There are two major issues involved in the suit, the first is the alledged breach of contract and the monies believed by ABHI to be owed. The second is a patent issue, without getting to deep into it, the previous CEO dropped the ball. I think we hear news via the 8K regarding the patent issue next week, which should be good news.
