Countless companies file an NT 10-K. Only means they get an additional 15 days to file the official 10-K. Rather than read into it as a bad thing, consider they have been so damn busy blowing the doors off YoY Q1 numbers they just need the extra time. I think we're all well aware last year was good not great, and that 2017 has the makings of a serious (legitimate) coming out party. Don't know about you all, but I'm more interested in the next 10-Q. I've been wrong before, but I'd bet dollars to doughnuts we see PPS double digits before we see mid to low .05's again.
Gotta run....my cold brew is getting warm!
