NOPE, not how an option grant works. Also, his prior, most recent FORM 4, would be required to show him holding the options (TABLE II, derivative holdings) and at what price, it showed no such thing.

If the price was .160 on that day in Sept you're referring to, then that would have been his grant/strike price and he'd exercise for that price today, NOT at 3 CENTS. So there's ZERO correlation between Sept and a 3 CENT large block of options shown today?

There's NO PRIOR SEC FILING showing Murphy having 3 CENT options granted to him, in the qty shown in the filing today.

Their SEC filings are FUBAR, in a major way. Something is grossly in error, wrong, screw-ball, whatever one wants to call it.
