Interesting ICLD research
I was curious as to why management have not bought shares since September, even when the price was at .01. So I did my DD, and it was confirmed by IR that they were not able to.

It is my assumption that there's a conflict of interest if they were to buy shares (insider trading), therefor some sort of news must be brewing up.

I've been following this company for a few weeks now, and after researching as much information as I could possibly find, I've come to my own conclusion that; this company has its hands tied behind its back. They're definitely taking steps in the right direction to succeed, but post r/s will more than likely affect the price negatively. I believe long term this could be a valuable asset to anyone who has the patience.

Side note: To those predicting a price regularly, and hit on 1 of your 50 attempts, then proceed to say "I TOLD YOU SO!" Just know the majority of us are laughing at you..
