I guess I don't see the issue with an extension of a 10k. For example, my taxes for farming are do every year on February 28th. I had to ask for an extension because of all the other items I have in the fire until march 15th when scottrade for example would have my tax report done. Did anyone ever think it's a none issue or actually a good sign?? I'm an optimist though, just in my nature!
