ITF, actually PPHM only has to SEC list the letter reception and doesn't need to PR it widely.

And they are not under obligation to PR it in a DEDICATED PR. They may insert it in a round-up of several things and in the same phrase point to their opposition, the fact that they remain listed and possibly even provide the grounds on which they will file opposition. The impact would be different as News Bots will not treat that the same way.

BTW it will give us ANOTHER clue whether PPHM is CLAIMING they don't want to RS but PR everything to MAXIMISES the chances to have it happen.
