1. The auditors will resign.

2. The company will issue a Non-Reliance on Previously issued financials.

3. The company will issue Restated financials showing drastically lower revenues and massive Net Losses.

4. The SEC will suspend trading in the stock

5. The SEC will issue a WELLS NOTICE to CETX

6. Both the SEC and the DOJ will issue securities fraud charges against CETX and its officers, directors and consultants
