Were you watching Level 2 recently? The large blocks that went through above or below the bid/ask during the trading day at 5 decimal places coupled with large T-trades. That is dilution 100% of the time. You do realize dilution happens all the time with no change in share structure, right?

If it quacks like a duck, walks like a duck, and looks like a duck, then is must be.... (dilution). : )
