With all due respect, you should do more DD in that area. There is some bad blood between berman and his old company (TXTM). I highly doubt his old company will allow him to have any involvement (outside of the shares he owns).

There was a point where I thought ONCI/TXTM might be doing some business together. Then I discovered the bad blood between berman and TXTM.
