There is talk about sellling into the inevitable rally when Wessal starts buying. Stop for a moment and consider what that would mean as a tax consequence for those that have sizeable positions.

I trust what is being done by Steve Sulja and also expect to see the $4 required to go onto the NASDAQ. Will I dump all my shares? I don't think so.

I have no where near what some have, but if I was to dump all my shares into the rally I would have a 30% tax liability this year. Sorry, Unc Sam isn't getting that kind of cash. Will I liquidate a small portion this year? You bet--Pay off some bills and have a bit of fun, but I for one will hold for long term capital gains--a lot cheaper and I am sure those that have much larger positions than I have also given this much thought.

There are those that will sell all their shares and move on, but wise money managers here I think will approach the inevitable rally differently. JMHO
