If the Board has any interest in advancing this company--and getting the stock price up so they can raise capital at less than ridiculous prices like now--they should can Conrad.

I bet the stock doubles on just the announcement that he is gone and a new CEO has come in.

Mir has milked this company and tapped danced in front of the Board for far too long.

Yarbro is probably gone because he pointed at Mir and said, "Look! The Emperor has no clothes!!" But, sadly, the remaining Board members still see clothes.
