I understand but most think that means refinance their house throw their life savings at it and expect it to be 1.00 by Tuesday of next week. Now I understand that could happen. But my understanding is that the refineray will not be finished till 2019. That's when the real money starts flowing here. Until then it's all about accumulating those cheap shares. I'm here to make money just like everyone else. But most pinky plays are all pump and dump. Just was not wanting this one to be the same. Because I know it's not.
