$MMHC On March 27, 2017, the Company filed its annual list with Nevada to restore its good standing. The Company plans to file a Certificate of Amendment with Nevada on or about March 28, 2017 to change its name and increase its authorized common stock. After the amendment is accepted, the Company intends to submit an application to FINRA for announcement of its name change and for a new ticker symbol to reflect its new name.
The Company is planning to publish its Rule 15c2-11 Information Statement for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016 not later than March 31 at www.microcapreporting.com. The Companys financial statements will reflect the exchange of its Series A-1 Preferred stock for the members interest in 66 Oilfield Services, LLC completed March 14, 2017 as a reverse merger.
