Here's how I see things at the moment

Over the past say 30 days the entire float plus more has been bought up and changed hands and the vast majority bought in the $0.0002 and $0.0003 range with a good amount also having been bought up at $0.0004 as well
Yesterday 65 mil was bought up and the Ask didn't change whatsoever except by about 5 million shares that was retail the rest were some type of behind the scenes shadow buys getting ready for something

If this thing starts to get even 1/4 of that volume flowing this could get really serious and we could see $0.001 PLUS in a blink of an eye
