I really can't answer that question because I don't know what their parameters were. In preclinical trials human tissue was used and they witnessed a number of inflammatory markers common to psoriasis diminished or completely disappear. They may say 90% of xyz markers were diminished, and 50% of abc markers disappeared but I really don't know. The tests were not done on a large number of patients, they were done on a small number because they were testing their tissue responses to the cream. That is my guess.
