Are you familiar with how bankruptcy works? The bankruptcy case is over. The old equity has been CANCELLED. The paper is already worthless, and will be forever.

You don't need to file Chapter 7 to have the old equity cancelled. It is cancelled in most Chapter 11 cases, too. Just like in this one.

LINEQ has no value. Not now, not ever.
