I really couldn't see anything wrong with the company. I think it might be just a few buyers trying to buy cheap, leading the price down gradually. When the price hit a threshold, a panic comes.

It is completely normal for high-tech company to postpone deadlines. It is people's nature always to wait the last minute to finish something. Then deadline will be postponed
