I have been waiting since this was 15 cents to drop down to 6 or 7 cents. Well after realizing in the last week that this is about to start heading up again I had to give up on my quest for a better price and jumped in today at 0.0833 and fully loaded for a long term hold on 2/3 of my total shares. The other 1/3 I might play with to gain some free shares as this goes up and down over the next couple of months.
The biggest problem I had with this investment at 15 cents was the debt and poor management. Well folks my felling have changed because Rocky Mountain High has now proven that they can and will make profits IMO of course in the next 3 months and should be able to remove most of their debts in 18 months. Once again this is my opinion. As far as the dilution goes I am guessing that most investors have already accounted for that. I hope I am right on that one. I would hate to see this dip to 4 cents after that happens. But if it does I will double down and bring my average to 6 cents.
So why do I feel that management is on the right track now. Well I have several reasons but the 3 biggest are:
1) I believe this dilution coming up should be the last, I really hope so.
2) The Location of where "The Friar Tuck Inn" use to be couldn't be a more perfect location for a bottling plant. I am an avid hiker and know that area very well. That water is known as some of the best water in the US, next to the Rockies and Maine of course. The location of that spot they chosen is also only about an 1.5 hours to NYC and about 3 hours to Boston. Not to mention all the smaller cities and towns in between. Location, Location, Location :)
3) I spoke to a couple of Chinese people that I happen to know rather well. They mentioned one of the biggest problems in all of the Chinese cities like Beijing is the drinking water. So if RMHB can find an affordable way to ship bottle water to these areas Ka-Ching!
So there you have it, I'm in for the long (2/3 anyway), Lets Go RMHB :)
