The reason it moves up so little is that the float is not locked up yet. It will take 3 to 6 months to lock up 1b shares. Once that happens the slightest breeze moves the PPS up like a feather.
My other holding is locked up and it was a very aggravating experience to get there. A PR like today would jump the PPS +25%, back down, back up closing at 10%. Do you really be on a Pepto Bismol roller coaster, the nightmare of running out of settled cash and good faith violations?
