Dear Easy grinder customer,

As we announced publicly, we are introducing a new, enhanced version of Easy Grinder™, and will ship the new version on all outstanding orders. The new enhanced version has an upgraded, much more powerful motor and battery, and a reconfigured, sharper grinding mechanism.

As a purchaser of Easy Grinder™, you will receive the new, enhanced version at no additional cost to you. However, since the enhancements must be retrofitted into our production run, we unfortunately much delay delivery for 30 days or more, but not later than the end of this May.

Because of the delay, if you cannot wait for the delivery, we will issue you an immediate refund on your purchase price. Should you not request a refund before your new Easy Grinder™ is shipped, we will assume you want it and will ship it promptly to you.
