The new PR that was released makes it clear to me that they have extended the Record Date for the Elev8 Brands, Inc. dividend to April 7th, 2017. So anybody can climb on till at least Avril 6th and receive the div as scheduled. So it's a free for all till then for what anyone is going to do about it from where I sit. I'm in! It's even legal on state and federal levels.
