Yeah it feels almost unreal, when is it enough for them to start supporting the SP? At 1 quarter earning?
Nah, they have always talked about the next great thing that will give a enormous value to the company, but it's always 6 months away.. And the dilution meanwhile hasn't been too good for the company.
I remember when we first talked about Swedbanks coverage, it projected way more % holding of TRW but with 28M in outstanding shares. Not far away from it now. But back then it was unacceptable ;)
Time to step up..
I think we should ask them about:
- shares to the employees, sold on OTC? why the f..
- Who is the partners of the MF, why the same adress? I remember the sneaky deal that came out (even if it shouldnt) regarding the benefits for the BOD.
- When is it enough with this SP? what are they going to do today, NOT tomorrow because it's TOO late by then.
- What's ECAB:S plan regarding SIAF? Are they still in the game or are they just looking for an exit?
- Who is going to get fired for not doing his job? And where's the GUIDANCE?!?!?!
- How is sjap going? The margins are kinda low? When can we actually get the spin off?
- When will the EX date for the TRW shares be?
- Where is that loan commitment on your webpage, I don't think a few days is a freaking whole quarter?.. actually terms to get the loan!? When can we actually get this loan as he's been talking about since august last year, which bank?
- Where is all these shares coming from? He must know!? What about the volume, something is weird.. They have had some trips to the MF with bigger shareholders, is it something we need to know about since it's only retails who is buying and instis selling?
- How is cashflow? How are they going to proceed with the built-out of the MF, the timeframe they earlier have talked about is it still intact?
- Why does Solomon think that the whole market values siaf as a scam? And what happen since 17 bucks? Why is no money going to the shareholders, Is he aware that he works for us not the other way around and can use us as a free bar?
- When are they going to start telling us the bad parts that's going on, and not just the good things that eventually can happen.
- It would be nice to see more operational updates, since we don't get to know anything.. Spend 20 bucks on a Chinese guy á month and we will have weekly updates with pictures.
- Is he proud of the ROI for all of us shareholders, if you bought this stock 7 years ago and paid 500% more for the stock than today, while the whole market is up 200%. 7 years is long term as his been talking about the whole time..
