Only thing I know is that CCTL having
Bought bitcoins in the range of 400$ during 2014 (first time they bought through shares compens.)
Now, their value is more than 1000$ each.

So, mainly the reason now it is finally possible for CEO to do business , to go current etc.
Effectively he has already filed the 2017 annual list few days ago.

Also, the debt repayment we saw these days = CCTL will probably be Devt free:
So, CEO has at disposal money and business possibility.

The sector concerned? No idea

2015-2016 were difficult years for CCTL and other bitcoins stocks involved (Bysd-MelY, etc etc)
