The Company has accepted for purchase all of the 10,073,884 Series A Warrants for a total purchase price of approximately $2.21 million. The depositary will promptly issue payment for the Series A Warrants accepted for purchase in the tender offer.

Following the purchase of the tendered Series A Warrants, the Company expects that 48,956,712 Series A Warrants will remain outstanding.
