Company did not issue a solid time line for the 8k, ihuber's who claim they corresponded with the company which could easily be complete BS.

It could true and we still may see it today or tomorrow. If not we wait and the stock flinders giving traders another opportunity to enter at lower levels should they desire.

As always with hold ups you get the types that spread fear while they load.
