The FDA has just recently made announcements about RAT designation: Humacyte and Mesoblast I think. These were announced very recently, like 10 days ago. The FDA works very slow, but announcements will be starting to trickle in. The FDA has said 60 days, but the response may be: please resubmit since your application is incomplete. Will USRM get the designation? Well, they should based on the rules. My only question: Does the pause of the MARVEL trial disqualify them?
