Just to confirm what we thought, the company itself is not issuing shares. These are old notes and old farts (ex-employees) cashing out.

Here is a reply on the subject I received yesterday.

We believe the holders of some converted debt are in the market as well as potentially former directors and shareholders.
In the meantime the current management continues to successfully execute the business fundamentals according to plans.
