Not typical of how BP's operate. My opinion is that they are friends of Leo and there is a major announcement coming and it's a friends and family deal!!!! No broker involved, no IB fees this smells like a favor to me!!!
3 people shelled out serious money and I love this deal, these are investors looking to score, I'm a buyer under $1.00!!!!!
