Now listen to this , I read all the 10q and PRs since 2013 , Munro highly overpaid what all the acquisitions actually worth , all the lenders are his pals and dilutors are his best friends , munro sold his own company VL for 64 millions to ICLD and then sold at loss in FEB 2016 for 56% loss, each one of the companies he bundled up to create ICLD . This is NOT A CLOUD COMPANY AND IT HAS RIGHT TO DEVICE WS ON THE NAME OF CLOUD , company spend ZERO dollar on R&D and have millions in debt because all the companies were useless and they all belonged to his friends , munro gave some CEO of previous cable installing companies high level jobs such as president and let them take as much salaries as they could .
Munro is about to retire on shareholders expense , this RS you see is just a teaser for years to come , ICLD will never be profitable they have stated in each and every 10q .
Now answer me this , why would anyone buy this stock at 3 cent when they know after RS same cycle will start. Let's put this way most of the 423 millions of shares were diluted in the range of 1 cent to 5 cent .company will RS and this price will go down to sub pennies .
