Riddle me this Batman, why does the 8K/A reference the NYSE? How deep does the rabbit hole go?

NYSE does not facilitate the OTC Market. This is very odd. The current PPS and market cap would not qualify for an uplist, but Nick could fix that in a few ways. A stretch I know, but this isn't a typical typo. What gives?
