2.) MO is now CEO of AHIT, which has Native American tribal land access for HEMP cultivation
3.) MO owns IXB, which merged w/ AHIT, to develop CBD oils from AHIT hemp supply
4.) AHIT/IXB supplies IBRC w/ CBD for various contracts (Free Spirit Organics: ~$40M/YR contract)
5.) IBRC, once showing solid revenue, updated financials, forward guidance revealed, achieves a $0.01 min bid for OTCQB
