Its not the RS that is bad, its the 375M share dilution that it will enable. I realize they need to do this to meet the reserve share requirements for the convertible debt; however, it would be beneficial to the shareholders if they do the RS in conjunction with positive news to reduce or eliminate the near term downward pressure on the PPS. Knowing that once the RS is enacted, subsequent dilution will put downward pressure on the stock. So, there is no disagreement that the RS is needed, just saying the timing could be done in a way to be more or less beneficial to the shareholders.
