SEC is suspending cos way faster than they used to. Used to be 6-8 years dark then that would be radar but now its like a year or 2. doesnt matter if they are filing 8ks. and having SOS inactive is just icing on the cake.


Looks like they dont want to waste money reinstating unless they can get SEC auditor first. thats just my guess. seen other cos do that when something like this happened. Not sure how much it costs to do FL SOS. NV prob would be 1500 bucks. not sure why they havent done it in a few months time.
