I find it truly hilarious that Jim has the audacity to put out yet another 'pump' PR in order to reel in newbie shareholders and entice them into departing with their money.

It's all a scam.... It's been a scam for many years.

I mean just look at the first item listed in the PR:

Unique Frozen Pizza Not Your Ordinary Pizza, the complete development and creation of the Unique Frozen Pizza, with the assistance & valued support of DeIorios Foods.

Yeah it's not your 'ordinary' pizza because an ordinary pizza you can eat. You can't eat a UPZS pizza because it doesn't exist. I mean, come'on, how many years has Jim been hyping about making and distributing frozen pizzas and yet not a single one has been made.

...and we all know that Dr Reddy is still in India milking his goats so he can produce some cheese.

I suggest folks be very cautious if you're thinking about buying shares of this scam because it's nothing more than just tossing your money away.
