my freaking god, such incompetence. they told me it would be done by this week.

the fact that this isn't an instaneous (or 1-2 day process) is absolutely pathetic on part of all of the platforms.

name changes occur very, very frequently on the OTC...they need to get a handle on these as it's causing a huge inconvenience for the customer.
