if the belief is that NON RETAIL colludes with MMs .. hedge funds .. B/Ds .. and of course
those who provide less than clean *shells* .. there is no argument .. it is never *retail*
that illegally manipulates OTC stox and by default .. OTC companies .. but thanks for pointing out
the date that NN was .. er .. once again *exposed* since NN is the PRIMARY Marker Manipulator
in PTOI .. along with many other OTC *targets* .. and as long as P2O is alive .. PTOI presents a problem

as noted .. action today done deliberately to part legit PTOI shares out of P2O investors

beyond obvious as to why done ..
