Yes, if trading gets halted for any reason, it is halted for all. But some people coming here and insinuating that when the ticker changes, people will be stuck by a broker with an untradable asset while others cash out on the spike, leaving a shareholder high and dry. It's a lie meant to scare people out of their shares.
