My guess is that a lot has been put on hold to complete the first LOI. After all, they are buying a bigger company than they are. They do not know exactly what resources they will need to use to close the deal. I like the diversification into oil, and the Equipment we will get from the acquisition. I am sure that we will know more details soon.
