The CEO has been catching up on SEC paperwork (from past years - it's all in the SEC site filings - ya gotta look yourself) as of October 2016. Heard of the R/S... did anyone here? We'll soon see if annual serves this conclusion. Not sure of the CEO's hunger for this particular ticker via his qualified expertise & affiliations but active in SEC to 'catch up' nonetheless.

There's a need for a mod to fix the upper area of disclosures & current presentations. I guess it depends on how much you have invested and what your own hunger here is, as well. I've only got a little involvement with this ticker, it was worth the attempt via to view the people involved in the background. GLTA!
