They said the audit was done but that was said before so since 4 months has gone by and no form 10 I call bullshit on the audit. Like to be wrong but they are not proving me wrong so far. Plus the rallying cry of 10 profitable quarters was broken partly because of the money spent on the audit so WTF...same as in 2012...just stopped being talked about
